On July 17th, the Denver Children’s Home honored the teams involved in the recent renovations to the building. Volunteers from companies across Colorado collaborated to provide and install a new air conditioning system for the entire 2nd floor of the building- which was built in 1876. The Denver Children’s Home offers support, therapy and education to the State’s abused and neglected children, annually assisting over 1000 children and families in their community. To assist in this project, companies donated their time, materials and expertise to bring cool air to the DCH and the residents who live there. A huge thank you to Hercules Industries who donated the cooling system as well as MTech who donated the labor to install the system. Many thanks as well to those who provided other substantial donations including Piper Electric, B&K Fire Protection, MD Interiors, WE Anderson Environmental Consulting, and Fire Alarm Systems. Thank you for collaborating with us to help bring this project to life.
