Shears, Adkins and Rockmore Open House

The MAX Construction team attended the Shears, Adkins and Rockmore Open House on December 18th at the new beautifully remodeled space on Wynkoop Street in Denver, Colorado. We are honored to have been the contractor to build out a piece of Denver history for an architectural firm that continues to make waves in the Denver Market. The building was originally finished in 1898 along with the rest of the 15th-16th street block in a series of interconnected buildings. The recent remodel exposed the steel support beams put into place during its earliest days of existence. These beams were hot riveted together—a process of securely joining steel which precedes modern welding practices. When discovered, the steel became the focal point of the space. “WHAT OUR CLIENTS SAY”

From the initial contact with Mr. William VonFeldt during our stage planning meeting to the final walk through, we felt MAX Construction committed to render the best quality in service, and to ease the burden of having such a large remodeling project while our office performed its normal operation. We were particularly impressed by the dedication, attention to detail, follow up and professional behavior of your superintendent.

MAX Construction, Inc. was asked to complete small and large projects with very short completion schedules.  Each time, the project was completed on time and within budget.  Your ability to manage subcontractors and maintain overall cleanliness on the job was a great benefit to us.

Once we started, MAX took total control.  It is refreshing to work with professionals who take ownership of a project, and see it through from start to finish.  We always had up to date information, and the paperwork was always in order.  I hope to have the opportunity to work with MAX Construction, Inc. in the future.  Thank you and your team for a job well done.
